Privacy Policy

Off Grid Data keeps data collection small. This page explains what we collect and why.

Forms

When you send a project inquiry or a message, we receive the details you type (such as your name, company and email address) so we can reply and, for projects, prepare a quote. Project inquiries are handled by Off Grid Data and Stone Graphic Design, which issues our quotes and contracts. We don't sell or rent your information.

New work emails

If you tick "Email me when new work is published" on the project form, we keep your email address for that purpose only. To stop these emails, reply "unsubscribe" or ask us to remove you at any time. The box is unchecked unless you tick it.

Files and NDAs

We don't take file uploads through the website. CAD, drawings and other project files are shared after an NDA, through a transfer method we agree with you.

Calculators

The tools run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us or anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

The site doesn't set advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics to count visits, we'll update this page.
